Description

Within home care, care and nursing work is conducted in the individual's home, as well as relevant administrative tasks such as documentation according to the Social Services Act and planning of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant/care assistant within home care, you will implement services decided by the case officer according to the Social Services Act, such as personal care, self-care, service tasks, social activities, and basic training at home. You will also perform health and medical tasks under the delegation of a district nurse, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist. Daily documentation in Pulsen Combine is part of the job. We have a contact person system that means you have special responsibility for some clients, including the responsibility to establish and follow up on implementation plans in consultation with the individual. You will also be responsible for information transfer between the client, case officer, work group, HSL staff, and relatives based on the consent given by the current client. You will also collaborate with other home care groups and HSL staff.

Qualifications

Care education or other training/experience that the employer deems equivalent. You should be empathetic, flexible, solution-oriented, and responsible. For you, all people should have equal value and be treated with respect.

Since Swedish is the common working language at the workplace, you need to master the language, both orally and in writing, at the level required by the tasks. Many of your tasks involve receiving instructions and conveying information in a correct and clear manner. You will collaborate and communicate with people from different linguistic backgrounds, and you are expected to contribute your experiences and skills in a positive and constructive way.

Conditions

The current position includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. Start date 250113 or by agreement. The employment is a permanent position. For employment, a criminal record extract (in an unopened envelope) is required.
