Project Administrator for Construction Project in Boden

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a project administrator, you will support the project and have a coordinating role where you assist the project manager, project engineers, etc. You will be based in the project office on-site in a construction project in Boden and will develop alongside the project's various phases.

For this position, we will need a person who will be employed during the project expected to be completed in spring 2026, and a person to cover a shorter temporary position from March 2025. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

You will have a broad role and be involved in supporting where needed. For example, you will:

• Document what happens in the project and communicate in English with the end customer
• Manage changes and additional work in various systems
• Be a central point for document management for employees and consultants involved in the project
• Schedule meetings
• Relieve colleagues in the project and be the coordinating party in the company

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a post-secondary education in e.g. construction, logistics, or similar as you have great opportunities to grow in the tasks within the construction industry. Alternatively, you have equivalent experience.
• Has experience in administration, perhaps you have worked in a coordinating role before?
• Master very good Swedish and English, as much communication occurs in both languages
• Has a driving license to get to work as you are expected to work primarily on-site at the project in Boden
