Your Responsibilities

In your role as Consulting Manager, you will work closely with the office's client managers. You will be responsible for our recruitment and consulting leasing processes.

As a Consulting Manager, you will also work with:

• Ad creation.
• Selection, telephone interviews, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
• Ongoing client contact in collaboration with our clients.
• Schedule planning in our business system.
• Meeting consultants and supporting them in their work, both digitally and on-site with our client.

You will also:

• Work towards clear goals.
• Develop, deepen, and refine relationships through qualitative recruitment work.
• Contribute to the company's development through your engagement.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role of Consulting Manager, you enjoy being the spider in the web. You gain energy from meeting people and finding good solutions for both our clients and consultants.
