Your Responsibilities

In your role as a Consulting Manager, you will work closely with the office's customer responsible. You will be responsible for our recruitment and consulting processes.

As a consulting manager, you will also get to work with:

• Ad design.
• Selection, phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
• Ongoing customer contact in cooperation with our clients.
• Schedule planning in our business system.
• Meet consultants and support them in their work, both digitally and on-site with our client.

You will also:

• Work towards clear goals.
• Develop, deepen, and refine relationships through qualitative recruitment work.
• Contribute to the company's development through your commitment.

To succeed in the role of Consulting Manager, you enjoy being the spider in the web. You get energy from meeting people and finding good solutions for both our clients and consultants.
