ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is recruiting Lending Officers for Swedbank for an initial assignment of six months. You will be offered a thorough onboarding with present team managers whose goal is to make you self-sufficient in the role. You will be part of a large team working in an open landscape. The work is carried out on-site at the office in Luleå.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle the processing and administration of real estate transactions and mortgage matters for private individuals.
• Play a central role in communication with real estate agents and advisors.
• Work with well-developed processes and work instructions and contribute to continuous improvements as it is a large part of their daily work.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

- Have completed upper secondary education, preferably in economics or law.
- Have previous experience in a service profession.
- Have fluent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the role requires this.
- Have good English language skills.
