Economy Administrator with Project Focus at LN Industrimontage

LN Industrimontage is now looking for an Economy Administrator with a project focus for their office in Boden. The role is a full-time position and offers you the opportunity to be a central part of the company's success in an exciting and dynamic industry.

About the Role

As an Economy Administrator with project focus, you will:

  • Handle invoicing for projects and assignments, including checking time reports, overtime, travel time, and travel expenses.
  • Ensure that costs for personnel, vehicles, leasing, and materials align with the projects' timelines and tasks.
  • Review and follow up on purchases and work orders to identify improvement opportunities and implement more efficient systems.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure that all project details are correct and that workflows run smoothly.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and skilled at keeping track of many details simultaneously. Your ability to take responsibility and drive work forward is crucial to succeed in this role. Experience in similar tasks is a requirement, even if it does not have to be from the industrial sector.

About LN Industrimontage

LN Industrimontage is a leading player in manufacturing, repair, and maintenance. We work with both new production and maintenance work, primarily for companies in the basic industries. With the help of our designer, we produce 3D construction drawings, making us a complete partner for industrial projects.
