Do you want to lead a world-class team? We are now looking for an engaged Front of House Supervisor for a full-time (100%) position at the reception of our new Elite Hotel Frost in Kiruna, opening in spring 2025. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly established operation and help create a first-class guest experience.

About the role As a Front of House Supervisor, you are a key person in the reception and work closely with our reception manager. You will help lead the daily operations, ensure that routines are followed, and make sure the team delivers exceptional service. The role includes both operational work in the reception and responsibility for developing and motivating the team.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring smooth operations in the reception and coaching staff in their daily work.
• Handling guest inquiries and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.
• Working operationally in the reception, including check-ins and check-outs, bookings, and payments.
• Introducing new staff and contributing to their development through training and support.
• Collaborating with the reception manager to improve routines and workflows.
• Assisting the reception manager with staffing.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working in a reception or similar service role.
• Has experience leading and motivating teams (meritorious).
• Is a natural leader with an eye for detail and a strong service focus.
• Has good computer skills and can easily adapt to new systems.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English. Additional languages are a plus.
