Do you want to be part of our team at the new Elite Hotel Frost in Kiruna? We are now looking for two dedicated night porters who want to help create a safe and memorable experience for our guests. The hotel opens in spring 2025 and offers a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting journey from the start!

About the role As a night porter, you will work during the hotel’s night hours and ensure that everything runs smoothly while our guests sleep. You will work on a rotating schedule, where you work 7 nights in a row and then have 7 days off before the next work period begins.

Your responsibilities include:

• Staffing the reception and welcoming late guests.
• Performing check-ins and check-outs as well as managing bookings and payments.
• Ensuring the hotel’s safety and order during the night.
• Preparing for morning activities and collaborating with other departments.
• Handling simpler administrative tasks and guest inquiries.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in service and/or reception work (preferred, but not required).
• Is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys working independently at night.
• Is service-oriented and has a positive attitude.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems.
