Bistro Staff at First Camp

Who are First Camp?

Our goal is clear - to become the world's leading camping chain. An important part of the experience for our guests is, of course, that they receive good and easily accessible food. We want to create lunches with that little extra and evenings with a touch of luxury – maybe you want to be part of meeting the guests in our bistros?

What does the role entail?

As a Bistro Staff member, you will work in our bistro at the destination, where you become an important part of keeping our guests happy and satisfied. You are responsible for preparing and serving food according to our smooth concept and ensuring that beverages and cash handling work efficiently. It also includes taking care of dishes and cleaning to maintain a clean and pleasant environment. At some destinations, you may also participate in mood-enhancing shows and quizzes, contributing to an even more pleasant atmosphere for our guests.

We always work with the guest's experience in focus, and therefore flexibility is important – we would like you to be ready to support in other areas when needed. Together, we work to make our guests' vacation a positive and memorable experience.

Who are we looking for?

We prefer that you have experience from cafes, restaurants, or the fast-food industry. Education in hotel and restaurant management is a plus, but the most important thing for us is your personality!

We are looking for someone who spreads joy, both to guests and colleagues. You have a positive attitude, can adapt quickly, and enjoy following a clear concept. In our team, it is important to be able to keep spirits up even when the pace is high.

To succeed in the role, you need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish or English to be able to take instructions and interact with our guests.

Conditions

We are looking for employees for the summer season 2025 with varying scope (20-40 h/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
