Are you a service-oriented person who loves to create a calm and welcoming environment? We are now looking for a spa receptionist part-time (75%) for our new Vana Spa at Elite Hotel Frost in Kiruna, opening in spring 2025.

About the role As a spa receptionist, you are the guest's first contact with Vana Spa. You are responsible for welcoming visitors, booking treatments, and ensuring that the spa's operations run smoothly during evenings and weekends. You will work closely with our spa therapists and contribute to delivering a first-class service experience.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and informing them about the spa's facilities and treatments.
• Managing bookings and payments as well as answering questions about the offerings.
• Ensuring that the reception and common areas are welcoming and in top condition.
• Collaborating with the spa team to create a smooth and positive guest experience.
• Handling simpler administrative tasks related to the spa's operations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in service or reception work (preferable, but not required).
• Is positive, service-oriented, and passionate about providing guests with a memorable experience.
• Enjoys working evenings and weekends.
• Has good computer skills and can easily adapt to new systems.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.
