In preschool, you will meet children from about 1 year old until they start preschool class. Together with preschool teachers, childcare workers, and special educators, you will create an inspiring and safe environment for children's learning and development. In primary school, grades F-9, you will work with students aged 6-16 years and take responsibility for leading and conducting lessons on your own, which requires both flexibility and professionalism. You will be an important part of a team consisting of teachers, leisure educators, preschool teachers, and special educators to ensure an inclusive and stimulating learning environment for the students.

The assignment means that you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant in Luleå municipality's preschools, primary schools, and leisure centers. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during the day. We are looking for full-time substitutes to cover short-term needs within Luleå municipality's preschools and primary schools.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To fit the role of a substitute, you should be calm and stable. It is important that you are good at building relationships with children and adults, and you should give a trustworthy impression. You should act judiciously and follow the rules of the school and preschool, being a good role model for the children and students. As a person, you should have good collaboration skills as well as clear and straightforward communication.

There is no requirement for education in the field, but it is merit-worthy, and experience in the field is also considered an advantage. If you have a driver's license and access to your own car, this is seen as positive since some units are located outside central Luleå, but it is not a requirement.
