At Inre Kraft, we are now seeking assistants to strengthen our existing staff groups during acute absences, often at short notice, but also during planned leave such as school holidays and vacations. The work involves being where the customer is, with varying working hours scheduled during daytime, evening, and night.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, flexible, and willing to work. All our customers have different needs and interests, so we welcome applicants of different genders, ages, and varying experiences (preferably with autism) and working methods. We also see that you can work both independently and in a team. The most important thing is that we together focus on the customer's needs, big and small, to enable an independent and participatory everyday life.

Requirements:

You speak and understand Swedish at a good level.

You have an extract from the police criminal record. (You can easily order this online via the police website)

We also see it as a great advantage if you have a driver's license and access to a car, as some of our customers live outside the city center and public transport does not align with working hours, but this is not a requirement.
