We at Inre Kraft are now seeking assistants to strengthen our operations in Råneå. We need on-call substitutes who can work during sudden absences, other acute leave, and with a chance for scheduled shifts in the future.

The client is a man in his 50s with extensive care needs. The work is based where the client is, during varying working hours scheduled during daytime and evening. The work takes place every day of the year.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, flexible, and willing to work. All clients we have differ in needs and interests, so we welcome applicants of different genders, ages, and varying experiences and working methods. We also see that you can work both independently and in a team. The most important thing is that we together focus on the client's needs, big and small, to enable an independent and participatory everyday life.

Working hours vary between daytime from 07:00 to 17:00 and evening from 12:00 to 21:00.

Requirements: You speak and understand Swedish very well.

It is also a great advantage if you have a driver's license and access to a car, as some of our clients live outside the city center and public transport does not align with working hours, but this is not a requirement.
