We are looking for a Care Assistant for the Housing Support, the position is permanent. Housing Support is a support form according to the Social Services Act.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The target group we work with consists of individuals living in ordinary housing, belonging to the LSS group, and/or individuals with psychiatric or neuropsychiatric diagnoses.

As a care assistant in housing support, you will work pedagogically and motivationally with the individual, with the goal of providing them with a functioning daily life and increased independence.

The work is always based on the individual and their needs. The work also includes documenting and designing as well as following up on implementation plans. The work is largely independent.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in disability, neuropsychiatry, pedagogy, or other education that the employer finds equivalent. You may for example be a behavioral scientist, occupational therapist, or treatment assistant.

Pedagogical and motivational work with the target group and experience in working with addiction are meritorious.

You are attentive to others' needs, show a good attitude, have good collaboration skills, and see changes as a challenge.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required. It is an advantage if you have experience with data and documentation. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
