JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Childcare Worker - Resource Educator in preschool, you will contribute to driving and developing the educational work in accordance with the preschool curriculum. Together with your colleagues, you will reflect, analyze, and review the operations in relation to children's development and learning. The work teams develop and adapt learning environments that support, stimulate, and challenge children's learning in relation to the goals of the operations. As a childcare worker, you contribute to ensuring that everyday life in preschool runs smoothly and that care and daily educational work are based on children's participation and choices. Together with other colleagues in the preschool, you will help create a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment for each child and for the entire group of children. You will participate in the pedagogical development work and the educational documentation according to the preschool curriculum and operational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Childcare worker or education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer. It is important that you are engaged, child-focused, and service-oriented, and that you actively participate in planning and evaluating the work.
