Your mission

As a personal assistant, you will help with everything from personal care, hygiene, and household chores to accompanying the user on various activities and leisure. You are expected to support and facilitate the user's daily life, thereby creating a meaningful existence. You will work in the user's home, assisting with the tasks that the user needs help with.

Your background

If you have previously worked with or have experience in autism and intellectual disabilities, it is a plus, but great importance will be placed on finding a person with the right chemistry for the client.

The job requires that you are in good physical shape and that you can work with both men and women of all ages. In addition, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. It is also a plus if you have a B driver's license.

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating in your approach. You are flexible and can see opportunities in changes. Furthermore, you are clear and ensure that your messages are conveyed correctly. Last but not least, you are calm and composed in various situations and have the ability to focus on the right things.
