Do you want to make a difference in people's lives and become part of the Alter family? Alter Assistans is now looking for summer substitutes as personal assistants for our clients in Luleå.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and open to job opportunities at short notice. There are scheduled shifts and the possibility of continued work in the fall.

We prefer that you are confident, attentive, social, and inventive, but also calm and composed in your work. A driver's license and access to a car is an advantage but not a requirement. We will plan your onboarding together at the workplace so that you feel secure with the tasks.

As a personal assistant, you will perform various tasks, including personal hygiene, dressing, cooking, and daily maintenance of the home. You will act as the customer's extended arm and assist where the disability sets limits.
