ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant in a permanent position at 70% starting from 1/9, for our male client living in central Luleå.

The working hours are as follows:

• 08:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• 03:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• 09:00 PM - 08:00 AM (night shift)

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction in good time.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a cheerful man in his 70s who wants to live an active life. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life due to a previous stroke. He enjoys sports in all forms, listening to music, as well as crossword puzzles, sudoku, and reading that stimulates brain activity. The client lacks the ability to express himself verbally but can express his wishes in other ways. 

As his personal assistant, you should be able to help with everything in daily life, plan and execute, and have the ability to be the hub in helping a person in a vulnerable situation. Help improve his quality of life when he cannot take the initiative himself and take the initiative for activities.

Job duties include:

• Assistance with daily routines, such as household chores
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Transfers
• Planning and activating

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be calm and secure, and have the ability to be both proactive and helpful. Previous experience in care is preferred, and an understanding of the importance of daily rehabilitation and preventive care is essential. Since the client desires a more active life, you should be an active person who enjoys being outdoors and moving around. We also appreciate if you have an interest in, for example, crossword puzzles, sudoku, and reading.

• You speak and understand Swedish at a good level

• Previous experience in healthcare

Employment rate: Summer temporary employment of varying scope and a permanent position of 70%.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
