Description

Within home care, care and nursing work is carried out in the individual's home, as well as administrative tasks such as documentation according to the Social Services Act and planning of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant/care assistant in home care, you will implement services decided by the case officer according to the Social Services Act, such as personal care, self-care, service measures, social activities, and basic training at home. You will also perform health and medical tasks delegated by a district nurse, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist. Daily documentation in Pulsen Combine is included in the work. We have a contact person system that means you have special responsibility for some clients, including being responsible for establishing and following up on implementation plans in consultation with the individual. You will also be responsible for information transfer between the client, the case officer, the workgroup, HSL staff, and relatives based on the consent given by the current client. You will also collaborate with other home care groups and HSL staff.

Qualifications

Care education or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent. You should be empathetic, flexible, solution-oriented, and responsible. For you, all people have equal value and should be treated with respect.

Since Swedish is the common working language at the workplace, you need to master the language, both orally and in writing, at the level required by the tasks. Many of your tasks involve being able to receive instructions and convey information correctly and clearly. You will collaborate and communicate with people from different linguistic backgrounds, and you are expected to contribute your experiences and skills in a positive and constructive way.

Conditions

The current employment includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. Start date 250226 or by agreement. The employment is a permanent position. For employment, a certificate from the criminal record must be presented (in an unopened envelope).
