As a personal assistant, you help people live the life they want by supporting them in their daily activities. Your tasks include daily chores, cooking, personal hygiene, training and activation, supporting the customer in communication, etc. Your tasks are determined by the customer's needs for assistance.

We are looking for: Engaged staff where the chemistry with the customer is the most important. You should be empathetic, proactive, and attentive to the customer's needs. You want to do that little extra to give the customer a better quality of life.

Meritorious: Previous care experience or work as a personal assistant. Driver's license and access to a car.

Requirements: You speak and understand Swedish at a good level. You can provide a criminal record extract from the police. (You can easily order this via the police's website).

Working hours/duration: The work involves working where the customer is located during varying working hours scheduled during daytime, evening, and night depending on needs. Weekdays/weekends.

Start: The need for new recruitment varies from month to month; if you are looking for work as a substitute, you have the opportunity to start working immediately.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement; we have a collective agreement (Industry G).
