Now you have the opportunity to work as a social worker consultant, coordinating in Gällivare municipality for a longer assignment.

We are looking for you who are a social secretary with at least 3 years of experience as a caseworker according to LVU and SoL. The position requires experience in a supervisory role related to child and youth cases, as well as experience in mentorship and guidance. The assignment is full-time and takes place on-site in the municipality. The period for the assignment is from 2025-03-17 to 2025-12-31

Overall competence requirements:

➡ Hold a recognized social work degree in Sweden

➡ Have documented experience of similar assignments

➡ Have good and current knowledge of relevant legislation

➡ Hold a valid driver's license B

➡ Speak and write Swedish at a high level and have experience in reading and producing bureaucratic and legal material

➡ Have good computer skills and basic knowledge of record-keeping systems

➡ Be able to work independently and have good collaboration skills

➡ Experience working with office software, such as the Microsoft Office suite, Windows, Outlook, and similar.

Requirements for the position beyond overall requirements:

- At least three (3) years of experience working in social services regarding:

o Social services case management and documentation of child and youth cases

o Court review in LVU cases

o Completed training in Children's Needs in Focus (BBIC), from the National Board of Health and Welfare

- Knowledge of and experience in case management and documentation of relevant legislation according to the Social Services Act (2001:453) and the Act (1990:52) with special provisions on the care of young people (LVU)

- Have experience in a supervisory role related to child and youth cases.

- Experience in mentorship and guidance.
