Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will support the individual at home, based on the user's needs and wishes. The tasks include practical chores, personal care, medical interventions, leisure activities, and social contacts. You will be the support the user needs to participate in all activities as much as possible and help ensure that the user has a good quality of life.

Qualifications

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken. The work should be characterized by a pedagogical approach to support the user in maintaining their skills as much as possible. It is important that you feel secure in your professional role and can act professionally. We also expect you to be social, attentive, and proactive in activities with the user. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

The work as a personal assistant requires good physical condition in terms of strength, stamina, and mobility. Since the job requires documentation, it is desirable that you have good computer skills.

More About the Positions

We are offering 3 permanent positions with a workload of 60%, starting according to agreement, on-call duty. Recruitment will be ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline of January 31, 2025.

Full-time employment can be offered. You will primarily work in this case but may need to work in other cases/activities where there is a need. This requires that you can travel by your own car to the workplace you will temporarily work at. Travel compensation will be provided according to the agreement for work-related travel.
