At Ormberget Preschool, we base our work on play and strive to stimulate, challenge, and develop children's own creative thoughts and ideas. Ormberget Preschool is part of a network together with eight other preschools in the Björkskatan preschool area. The principals of the preschools are part of a shared leadership and strive to lead these preschools equally.

The educators work with a project-based approach together with the children and based on a common project theme. The project work is characterized by listening educators who design exploratory teaching that both challenges and encourages children's inherent strength and curiosity. For us, aesthetic expressions are important tools for children's learning in both projects and everyday teaching.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool teacher, you will work together with your colleagues to develop the preschool's learning environments and pedagogical direction. You are well acquainted with governing documents that you relate to children's learning and our education. Collaboration is an important factor for us, and we value a culture where we help and support each other in the team.

The position is a full-time temporary position until June 20, 2025.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should be a licensed preschool teacher, and it is an advantage if you have experience working as a preschool teacher.

We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented and remains calm even in pressured situations. As a preschool teacher, you are creative and find innovative solutions to challenges that may arise during the workday. You are also a team player who values collaboration and always strives for collective success.

If you receive the temporary position, you will need to present a valid extract from the criminal record register.
