The job involves a role where you, as an assistant, support the woman in all aspects such as hygiene, meals, and household situations both at home and outside. The schedule is 8 AM to 6 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 3 PM on weekends, but for the right person, flexibility is possible.

The client prefers that you are a cheerful and positive person, attentive, self-driven, and responsible. You should be an animal lover and not allergic to pets (a dog is present in the home).

Due to the client's illness, she may come across as unpleasant but is not aggressive, so it is essential that you do not take things personally and can remain professional at work. It is extremely important that you speak and understand Swedish perfectly!

• The woman uses compression garments, which means that long nails are not suitable.
• As an assistant, you should be the client's extended memory and provide support via phone calls with authorities, which means you must be attentive and speak fluent Swedish.
• The woman expects that as an assistant, you are self-driven and can take your own initiatives without constantly asking what needs to be done.
