About the Client and Workplace

We are now looking for a female personal assistant for a teenage girl with extensive support needs living in Järfälla. She needs support in all parts of her daily life, and the assistance is crucial for her to live a safe and functioning life.

Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities include, among other things, assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, supervision, and companionship. The client has epilepsy and requires continuous supervision, which demands safety, responsibility, and good adherence to established routines. You will also work with communication and care, which includes tube feeding, medication according to delegation, and implementation of training prescribed by a physiotherapist. The work requires presence, accuracy, and a calm and safe approach.

Who are we looking for?

As a personal assistant, you are expected to have good collaboration skills and be communicative, responsible, and attentive. Experience in personal assistance or work in care and nursing is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is your attitude, your commitment, and your ability to create safety and structure.

Working hours vary and can be scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. The schedule is established in dialogue and adjusted according to the needs of the operation and the client.

Additional Information

The work can be physical and requires you to handle care situations. Delegation of medication occurs, and introduction and shadowing are planned before independent work.
