We at Bonzi are looking for engaged and secure colleagues who want to work as personal assistants as needed for a young woman living in Spånga/Bromsten. As a substitute, you will work during the absence of regular assistants, often at short notice. As a personal assistant, you are an important support in the client's daily life. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the work is characterized by presence, sensitivity, and collaboration.

The client is only seeking female assistants.

About the client: The client is a woman in her 20s with autism. She has a great interest in music and books and needs support to make her daily life function in a safe and meaningful way. The client can be outwardly aggressive, which means you need to be attentive, able to read situations, and stay one step ahead to create safety and structure.

The work is done in double assistance, so it is important that you are a team player who collaborates well with colleagues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Your workplace is wherever the client is

The position involves varying work shifts on weekdays and weekends, with sleeping on-call shifts and waiting time.

• 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM

• 11:30 AM - 04:00 PM

• 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• 07:00 PM - 08:25 AM (waiting time 7.58 hours)

You enjoy working closely with people and are empathetic, secure, socially aware, solution-focused, proactive, and reliable. You are patient and can handle challenging situations calmly.

Requirements:

• Experience with autism

• Professional experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support.

• Good physical condition

• Not allergic to pets; a cat is present in the home

Meritorious: Speaking Serbian-Croatian or Bosnian

Scope: 1 position as a substitute as needed.

Start date: Immediately. Interviews are ongoing and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
