I am looking for someone who can take dictation, is used to typing and has a command of Swedish at an academic level.

You should be in good physical shape and strong enough to assist with travel, laundry, or grocery bags. You should not be afraid to pitch in when needed.

You are good at following instructions.

You are practically inclined and can use a sewing machine, screwdriver, or hammer when I need to fix something at home.

You are definitely interested in culture, such as theater and film, art, communication, and/or literature.

You should enjoy cooking and be willing to try new recipes, as well as being accustomed to other household chores.

Job Description

I will supervise you and make all decisions regarding my life and daily routine. Therefore, you do not need any prior experience as a personal assistant. Care training is not a requirement. However, it would be great if you have an interest in beauty care.

The work with me varies. Sometimes I work mostly from home, and your workplace will primarily be in my home. During other periods, I work intensively, and you will need to be able to start and/or end your shifts at different locations in Stockholm. You should also be prepared to make both day trips and planned travels, occasionally including longer trips abroad.

I prefer that you are in good physical shape and exercise regularly, as the work can be sedentary at times and physically active at others. All necessary aids are available, but like in all lives, I sometimes encounter situations that require creative solutions. I also prefer to travel by public transport, and you should be comfortable assisting me on trains and buses.

Your tasks will include everything from assistance with personal hygiene and household chores to helping with notes when I am out or working/studying. Food and health are important to me, so you should enjoy cooking.

Working Hours and Schedule

You will work day shifts (10:00 AM - 10:00 AM with 5 hours of sleeping duty) on a rolling schedule. All positions are approximately 35 hours on average per week (plus duty). This means you will work about two days per week and be scheduled every other weekend.
