Frilufts Preschools is a well-established company that has been operating since 1993. We run 11 preschools in five municipalities in Stockholm. The company is characterized by commitment, stability, safety, job satisfaction, and close proximity to management. What distinguishes Frilufts Preschools' operations is that it is conducted through outdoor pedagogy as a method in all learning. This means that we have our gatherings, play, creative activities, etc. outside in the yard and in nature. We work according to our own concept, "With Veda and Barke in Nature", where the children are grouped by age into Discoverers, Explorers, and Adventurers. All children at Frilufts Preschools get plenty of time for both organized and free play, where educators participate, inspire, guide, and observe, and last but not least – have fun together with the children! Everything we do is based on the guiding principles of Safe, Fun, and Educational.

The Farm!

The Farm is located in a quiet area in Viby Sollentuna. We have nature close by and the forest just outside the gate. We have a spacious yard with a large hill, a slide, playhouse, boat, climbing wall, swings, several sandboxes, and windbreaks. You will work alongside engaged and professional educators. We provide good conditions to create enriching days for the children where they can experience and be challenged with all their senses. Nature gives us space and opportunities for new adventures every day. You will be involved in the educational activities based on our own governing documents.

Qualifications:

• We place great importance on your ability to collaborate and communicate easily with colleagues as well as with children and guardians. Also, you should possess the ability to create trust and safety within the child group.
• We would like you to be a person who is creative, responsible, and can take initiative.
• It is important that you want to be involved in developing the operations and the child group forward together with your colleagues in ways that lead to the children's creativity, creation, and learning being developed.
