We are a small preschool unit located at Högbergsgatan 48 in the heart of Södermalm. The preschool has space for 30 children and 6+1 educators. We have two age-divided groups; younger and older, and we are now looking for a resource for a child in the group.

We are looking for a confident, attentive, and engaged person who can provide individual support to a child in their daily life. The role involves creating structure, safety, and predictability, as well as supporting the child in everyday social situations, learning, and daily activities based on the child's needs. The work is carried out in close collaboration with guardians and other staff. You should have the ability to adapt your approach according to the child's daily condition and needs, as well as contribute to a positive and developmental environment.

You should be flexible in your work, responsible, have good pedagogical skills, and be able to collaborate easily with colleagues and parents. A background in childcare education is highly meritorious, although great importance is placed on personal suitability and previous experience working as a resource.

You should be familiar with the Preschool Curriculum and be able to plan, implement, and evaluate activities in accordance with its goals together with the work team.

You must have the ability to see a clear and distinct child perspective, maintain good and close contact with colleagues and guardians, and be able to plan, follow up, and document your work.

You will participate in all our activities as well as joint meetings with the work team, parent meetings, and parent conversations.

You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

The position is part-time (50%) and will start on February 1, or as agreed.
