At Myndighet Placering, you will have a meaningful and challenging job. We perform tasks that make a difference for our children and youth – with us, it’s for real.

Myndighet Placering's main mission is to support children and young people who need care in foster homes. We also have a responsibility to support the biological parents of the placed children. The unit also has a team that works with safety planning according to Signs of Safety. The unit consists of 13 social workers, 4 safety planners, 1 administrator, 3 team leaders, and 1 unit manager. In 2026, we will also expand the unit with 1.5 employees focused on supporting parents and 0.5 employees working as mentors to the social workers. We are now looking for a new team leader because one of our team leaders is on leave to try another job.

We belong to the result area of Children and Youth, which includes outpatient care and authority exercising units. We use the approach of Signs of Safety throughout Children and Youth.

Your responsibilities

As a team leader with us, you will be responsible for:
- leading and distributing the daily work within your team
- providing individual and group supervision on cases
- working for a good work environment through safe and clear leadership
- making decisions according to delegation
- working on quality assurance and legal security
- contributing to the development of operations to increase the quality of our work with placed children and youth.

Requirements:
- degree in social work
- several years of experience in authority exercising within Children and Youth
- training in and having applied Signs of Safety and BBIC
- good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- B driver's license

Meritorious:
- leadership experience
- experience working with authority exercising within foster care.
- experience with the operational system Combin.
