About Villa Algot Group Home

We at Agaton Omsorg are proud to be able to offer a completely newly built and state-of-the-art LSS residence in Bro by summer. Villa Algot will be quietly located in a residential area with absolute proximity to central Bro and thus all conceivable community services and communications.

The residence has 6 places where each resident has their own apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom and their own patio. In addition, there are common areas such as kitchen/dining area and communal spaces.

In the residence, support is designed for those living there to be able to live as independently as possible with a varied content regarding employment, activities, and community. Each resident is assigned a contact person who is responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up regarding the resident.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you are an important part of the lives of the people living at Villa Algot and a guarantee that the working methods and approach towards our clients follow Agaton Omsorg's vision, values, and pedagogical approach. Our goal is to together make this day better than yesterday for the individuals we have the privilege to care for.

We are looking for someone with care and support education or equivalent. We would like you to have experience in similar work within, for example, care and support or similar. Experience in low-arousal approach and clarifying pedagogy is meritorious.

We are looking for:

We are now looking for several Support Workers, full-time/part-time.

Working hours day, evening, night, and weekend.

Probationary employment for 6 months.

Start date according to agreement with a preliminary start in June 2026.

We are looking for someone with relevant education in care and support/psychiatry (e.g., nursing assistant with or without a focus on psychiatry, care assistant, caregiver, treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, support pedagogue).

You have documented experience of working in similar operations and can provide good references.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience in low-arousal approach and clarifying pedagogy.

A driving license (B) is an advantage.
