Personal assistance is about providing someone else with the service to live their own life on their own terms, and you will become an important part of making that happen. We need assistance with managing the home and household, hygiene, and everything else that comes with a normal life.

We are two brothers in our 25s with extensive disabilities, but with your help, we can live the lives we want and desire. We live in an apartment in Annedal, Bromma, together with our two cats, and sometimes there are two cute little dogs with us as well, so you must not be allergic. It’s a plus if you like animals in general.

We are now looking for someone who wants to work 50% awake night on a fixed schedule. Experience with awake/active nights is highly meritorious. We are looking for someone who takes their job and role seriously and is seeking long-term employment. We both have personal assistance, and you will alternate working with one of us at a time; we want to find someone who is flexible and enjoys variety. Since we don’t like the same things and have different needs, your work will vary depending on whom you are assisting. You need to speak and write Swedish fluently as we also need support with AAC and TAKK; previous experience with this is a big plus!

If you want to combine awake nights with afternoons/evenings, there is the possibility to reach full-time on a fixed schedule.

In this assignment, safety and stability are based on us helping each other and supporting one another in the team. We have a WhatsApp group where we collaborate on staffing during urgent vacancies. One requirement is that you have WhatsApp (or get WhatsApp) and support your colleagues when needed. They will, of course, also support you when you need it.
