About the Outpatient Care for Harmful Use and Addiction

As a therapist in our outpatient operations, you will work with individually tailored interventions for people with harmful use and addiction. The interventions can take place in the individual's home, in our facilities, or in other relevant environments.

Within the framework of the new social services act, we will soon also be able to offer support without assistance and conduct more preventive work.

Job Responsibilities

As a therapist with us, you will:

• Conduct treatment and change work
• Collaborate with healthcare, social services, and other relevant actors
• Establish and follow up on implementation plans
• Document according to applicable legislation
• Contribute to the development of the organization's methods and working methods

What You Need to Bring

Requirements

• Have a degree in social work, psychology, treatment pedagogy, or another relevant higher education
• Have experience working with harmful use and addiction as well as violence in close relationships, preferably within social services or adult psychiatry
• Have a good ability to create trust and relationships
• Have knowledge of and preferably experience with MI, CBT, relapse prevention, CRA, or other evidence-based treatment methods
• Be confident, attentive, and have good collaboration skills

Meritorious

• Step 1 training
• Experience working with collaboration between different principals
