You will be part of a team of about 10 people and work closely with colleagues who share your interest in stable operations and quick problem-solving. The team is currently located in Linköping (Mjärdevi) and Solna.

About the assignment

As a consultant in Factory Support, you will work with support for factories in 24/7 operations. The role is broad and technically varied, focusing on monitoring, incident management, and coordination between factories, internal teams, and external suppliers. 

Your tasks

• Monitoring of IT environments
• Incident management and troubleshooting
• Coordination and communication with factories and stakeholders
• Collaboration with other IT teams and suppliers
• Documentation and follow-up of cases

Your profile

• Systematic troubleshooting
• Experience working in ticketing systems
• At least 4 years of experience in end-user support
• Infrastructure/server – Windows and Linux
• Database and storage
• Networking
• Documentation
• A clear support heart
• Team player

Meritorious

• Experience in incident management
• Experience in monitoring and operation of ERP systems

Knowledge in:

• Azure
• Active Directory
• SCCM
• ITIL
• ServiceNow
• IFS
• BizTalk
• Print / Label printing
