We are now looking for an experienced administrator for the area of Functional Support and Assistance, where you will play a central role in supporting and streamlining our work.

About the position

As an administrator, your main tasks will include planning, staffing, and matching services within Functional Support and Assistance, which involves contact with staff, customers, and relatives. You will also have several administrative tasks such as documentation, contact with clients, invoicing, recording sick leave, time reporting, and ordering consumables. You will have recurring tasks and will also be flexible in adjusting your work as needed. You will perform your administrative tasks within several different operational systems.

About you

For this position, you need:

• Relevant high school qualifications.
• Work experience from equivalent administrative work.
• Good computer skills and experience working within operational systems.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Post-secondary administrative education.
• Experience with systems such as Heroma, Tamigo, Raindance, Lifecare, Clockwork.
• Experience within LSS.
• Driver's license.

You have a good ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You are solution-oriented and have a good demeanor, which allows you to easily establish good contacts with staff, customers, relatives, and clients. You are also a team player who contributes to a positive work environment and has the ability to prioritize under high workload. You share our values based on participation, safety, and respect.

About us

Within our area of Functional Support and Assistance, four administrators work in daily collaboration with eighteen unit managers.

We offer group and service housing for adults, children/youth housing, short-term housing, recreational activities, and many different types of daily activities. We also operate in the area of personal assistance, as well as escorting and respite care within LSS.

We are part of Tiohundra – the complete care company in Roslagen.
