The Stockholm South Police Area is Sweden's largest police area. Nearly 1 million residents live and work here. The Stockholm South Police Area is divided into eight local police areas: Globen, Farsta, Skärholmen, Nacka, Haninge/Nynäshamn, Huddinge, Botkyrka, and Södertälje. At the police area level, there are the investigation section, serious crimes section, surveillance section, section for crimes in close relationships, operational support section, and the investigation journal section. Additionally, there is a police area secretariat.
The Haninge/Nynäshamn local police area is part of the Stockholm South Police Area. Within the local police area, there are intervention and crime prevention activities, investigation groups, as well as support and service, which includes passport operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The assignment as group manager for passport operations. As the manager of passport operations, you report to the local police area manager and are part of the local police area's management team, where you collectively are responsible for ensuring that assignments are carried out and for driving the authority's change and development work. You have particular responsibility for the group's activities in the area of passport processing and its results. As a group manager, you represent the entire Police Authority both internally and externally and work to strengthen trust in police operations.

As a manager, you drive development by inspiring and encouraging reflection and feedback in a way that is based on following the law and treating people equally. QUALIFICATIONS
This is an opportunity for you who have:
- Swedish police exam, in accordance with the Police Ordinance (2014:1104) or other relevant post-secondary education for the function or equivalent acquired experience that the employer assesses as relevant.
- At least 6 months of continuous experience working as a supervisor, project manager, or similar.
- Experience participating in change and development work.
- Experience in the relevant operational area.
We consider it an advantage if you also have:
- Experience leading others towards set goals and results.
- Participated in management forums.
- Experience in the police organization's operations.
- Management and leadership training for direct, indirect, and/or strategic levels.
- Experience participating in/driving collaboration with community actors outside the police organization/your own organization.

As part of the selection process, tests will also be used.
