About the Position

In collaboration with our client, we are now looking for a full-time receptionist for a company in central Stockholm. Here you will have a varied and dynamic workday in a professional and creative environment. The position is permanent with an immediate start.

Job Responsibilities

As a receptionist, you are a central contact point for employees, visitors, and suppliers. You deliver high-level service, take responsibility, and thrive in a role with varied tasks while supporting where needed. You are proactive, see needs before they arise, and take your own initiatives to create a smooth and well-functioning work environment.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls and emails
  • Mail and courier management
  • Purchasing office supplies and ordering lunch, fruit, and coffee
  • Ensuring that office spaces are representative and functional
  • Preparing venues and arranging refreshments for larger meetings and events
  • Administrative tasks related to the reception and office

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in reception, office service, and administration, who enjoys a role with significant responsibility. You are positive, solution-focused, and appreciate a work environment where service and structure are central.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • Previous experience in similar roles within reception or office service
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite and experience working with administrative systems
  • The ability to work independently while also enjoying collaboration with others
  • A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and good prioritization skills

Start: Immediate
Extent: Full-time 08-17, Monday–Friday
Location: Central Stockholm
Employment Type: Consulting assignment via KFX HR-partner
