We are now looking for a positive and engaged Office Manager for 50% at our headquarters in Huvudsta!

WHAT

In the role of Office Manager, you are an important part of the everyday life at our office. You ensure that the office runs smoothly, is pleasant, and best supports the needs of the business. You work closely with management and contribute both to daily operations and to improvements over time, always in line with the company's ways of working and guidelines.

In your role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for the headquarters' premises and ensure that the work environment is pleasant and functions optimally
• Ensure that office supplies are always available and that everything practical in the office runs smoothly
• Be the company's face to the outside and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Support the CEO, Vice CEO, and others in the management team as needed, on-site at the office
• Contact IT support and ensure that technical solutions work for the office
• Manage supplier contacts for the office, such as ordering coffee/tea and servicing machines
• Perform other tasks that may be required by the superior, with flexibility and commitment

We are looking for someone who thrives in a service-oriented role and enjoys helping others. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude. You are curious, like to learn new things, and are eager to take the initiative to solve both small and large problems in everyday life.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English
• High school education
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Have good system familiarity and easily adapt to new systems
• Experience from a similar role is seen as a plus.

The position is a fixed-term employment at 50% until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension. We are continuously working with the selection process.

We are located in beautiful and modern premises at our headquarters in Huvudsta, Solna, together with about 30 colleagues from various functions such as corporate management, finance, HR, sales, communication & Legal. The headquarters is adjacent to one of our larger labs.
