Älvsjö Dental Care is now looking for a service-oriented and structured telephone operator/receptionist who wants to be an important part of our modern and growing dental clinic in Älvsjö. The role suits you who enjoys phone contact, administration, and creating security for patients – preferably with a background as a dental nurse or experience from the dental field.

About the position

In this role, you will primarily work with:

• Outgoing and incoming phone calls to patients
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and optimizing appointment books
• Providing information and guidance regarding treatments and visits
• Ensuring a professional, warm, and efficient patient reception
• Administrative work related to bookings and patient flows

You will be a key person in the clinic's daily operations and contribute directly to both patient satisfaction and a well-functioning business.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained dental nurse (strongly meritorious) or has documented experience in dentistry
• Has experience with phone contact and patient booking
• Is structured, meticulous, and has an easy time planning
• Is service-oriented, positive, and confident in your communication
• Has good computer skills and can easily familiarize yourself with journal systems
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written (additional languages are meritorious)
• Is stress-resistant and can handle a fast pace with calmness and professionalism
