About the Role
As a receptionist, you will be the customer's face to the outside world and thus have a very important role in creating a positive atmosphere and a good experience in the workplace. With your strong sense of service, you contribute to making our customer's workday worry-free and delivering world-class service!
As a receptionist, you will work with both administrative tasks and practical tasks in the office. We place great importance on your personal and unpretentious commitment as well as your ability to notice and resolve arising situations. For the role, it is important that you master both Swedish and English and have good collaboration skills as we work as a team in the reception.
Your tasks will include:
- Welcoming visitors
- Mail and goods handling, managing incoming and outgoing packages as well as ordering office supplies
- Administration, fault reporting, and case management in the FMS system
- Daily supervision of meeting rooms, conference equipment, printers, and other office equipment.
- Supervision of coffee machines
- Dishwashing
- Handling access cards and permissions
- Assisting with internal & external conferences
The assignment is conducted within the framework of an integrated service solution where, in addition to your areas of responsibility, you are expected to assist with other areas within operational services. We are looking for someone who is unpretentious and appreciates a varied job.
The position is full-time and permanent with an initial probationary period of six months.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of corporate representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. You have good communication skills and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You have a high school education as well as good IT skills and system familiarity.
