ABOUT THE POSITION

MSAB is a world leader in digital forensics used for the investigation of mobile devices, with headquarters in Stockholm and subsidiaries and a network of distributors worldwide. Their products are used by police, military, intelligence agencies, and forensic laboratories in more than 120 countries to investigate crimes, gather intelligence, investigate fraud, and combat corruption.

In the role of finance assistant at MSAB, you will support their finance team of 7 people with accounting and accounts payable. Here you will have the opportunity to take responsibility and become part of a wonderful and close-knit team.

We expect you to be able to work twice a week and to come into the office in Södermalm. In the spring, the office will move from Södermalm to Stockholm City. If the collaboration goes well, there is a possibility for the consulting assignment to be extended until you graduate.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Expense reporting
  • Bookkeeping
  • Support accounts payable

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is studying a post-secondary education in economics with graduation no earlier than June 2027
  • Has a basic understanding of debit, credit, and VAT
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Is computer literate

It is an advantage if you have previous work experience with similar or other administrative tasks.
