About the assignment

We are looking for a registrar for our client in Vaxholm who can start the assignment immediately until the end of July 2026. The work is during office hours Monday to Friday on-site in Vaxholm, this is a consulting assignment through us at Bemannia.

Your responsibilities

In the role of registrar, you will work with the backlog in the urban planning department's diary, close cases and hand them over to the archive, as well as support the ongoing registration process.

Your qualifications

• Education as a registrar or equivalent

• Experience working independently (at least 1 year) with diary management and registration within municipal operations

• Extensive knowledge of M365

Meritorious

• Experience with Castor and/or Evolution

• High digital maturity

• Knowledge of GDPR and the Planning and Building Act (PBL)
