Front Desk Coordinator wanted at Schjødt Law Firm

Schjødt is the largest law firm in the Nordics, offering comprehensive business law services at our offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, London, Bergen, Stavanger, and Ålesund. We work integrated across office and national borders in dynamic and high-performing teams tailored to deliver the best possible results for our clients.

Do you want to be one of us?

We are looking for someone who wants to take on the exciting and important role of Front Desk Coordinator and become part of our Front Desk team. In this role, you will represent us outwardly to clients and other visitors.

You have a central function in the organization and are at the center of events when the days are filled with negotiations, client meetings, and events. The Front Desk team in Stockholm consists of two full-time employees and law students who work alongside their studies as needed.

Who we are looking for

We prefer that you have previous experience in service professions - perhaps you have worked as a receptionist, assistant, or in a similar role where you have developed your ability to provide professional service. Since we have both national and international clients, you need to express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English. We also expect you to have good knowledge of the Office suite.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. You are proactive, flexible, and unpretentious, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can quickly make decisions to ensure smooth operations. You take responsibility for your tasks, have good initiative and problem-solving skills, and are a positive and service-oriented team player.

Your role

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the operation of the Front Desk and conference department, ensuring that service and professionalism are always of a high standard - while contributing to a personal and warm reception. The role includes responsibilities such as managing the firm's switchboard, travel bookings for employees, booking and preparing meeting rooms, handling mail, and booking couriers.

The Front Desk team is also responsible for ensuring that the conference department and the office's common areas - such as reception, meeting rooms, kitchen, and break areas - are kept clean, welcoming, and pleasant. The work also includes ordering breakfast, lunch, or dinner for meetings and events, as well as assisting with arrangements in the evening if needed.

The position is a temporary contract for 8 months with the possibility of extension. Desired start date is as soon as possible.

Application

Please apply via our website by uploading your CV, cover letter, and relevant work certificates. Register your application as soon as possible as selection and interviews are ongoing. For more information, please contact Linnea Lindkvist, Senior HR Generalist, at [email protected]

We warmly welcome your application!
