In the role of logistics support, you will work with weighing and administration of transports for both incoming and outgoing deliveries to Stena Recycling's facility in Rosersberg. You are often the first point of contact for customers and drivers upon arrival at the facility and play an important role in the daily logistics flow.

• Ensure that orders are correctly executed and registered in the system
• Control and approval of reimbursements and costs
• Management and follow-up of deviations
• Adjustments and modifications of costs as needed
• Information and dialogue with customers regarding deviations
• Participation in improvement work to create long-term and effective solutions within transport and material handling

You will be based in Rosersberg and work between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Fridays.

We are looking for someone with experience from a previous role in service and customer service, preferably with elements of transport or logistics. You have good system skills and learn new systems quickly, as well as having very good knowledge of the Office suite.

To succeed in this role, you are flexible and adapt easily to changes. You always maintain a high level of service and work proactively to prevent and solve problems. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, structured, and thrive in a dynamic and changing work environment with many points of contact.
