Talent Acquisition Coordinators

We are looking for engaged Talent Acquisition Coordinators for upcoming assignments for our client in the automotive industry. The role involves supporting the recruitment process in close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure that the right talent is attracted and hired at the right time. We are looking for someone interested in recruitment and has documented experience in administration. A background in HR is advantageous but not required. This is a five-month consulting assignment via Adecco starting in early 2026.

About the role

• Coordinate administrative tasks in the recruitment processes together with recruiters
• Handle confidential personnel data, employment contracts, and other sensitive documents in accordance with GDPR guidelines
• Maintain high-quality processes while meeting project deadlines effectively
• Close collaboration with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow in daily operations
• Conduct background checks

About you

• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English
• You are a good administrator with previous experience in administrative tasks
• Ability to work in a changing environment while maintaining quality in your work
• Experience handling personnel data, employment contracts, and other sensitive documentation (advantageous)
• Familiarity with the HR system SuccessFactors (advantageous)
