We are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a comprehensive transformation program within B2B financial services. The program is driven in a cross-functional, matrix-organized structure and aims to modernize business processes, systems, and ways of working – focusing on creating a unified and efficient delivery across multiple initiatives. The environment combines agile methodologies with clear program governance.

In this role, you will strengthen the requirements and design capability by driving requirements work across business processes, systems, and external partners, with a particular focus on asset finance/leasing solutions. You will analyze the current state and future needs, document and improve processes, manage features in Jira, and serve as a vital link between the business, development teams, and suppliers.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work to ensure clear, traceable, and actionable requirements that support the program's goals. The role involves close collaboration with both the business side and IT, and you are expected to actively contribute to a more digital and structured way of working while identifying improvement opportunities in processes and delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive requirements work related to business processes, systems, and external partners
• Analyze and define current and future needs within the organization
• Document and further develop processes and ways of working
• Refinement and prioritization of requirements/features in Jira
• Be the link between business stakeholders, development teams, and suppliers
• Support and coach business users in change management
• Contribute to a more digital and structured way of working
• Identify improvements in processes, ways of working, and delivery capability

Required Qualifications

To be considered for the assignment, you need to have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in larger transformations
• Experience with core banking transformations and a good understanding of the banking and leasing business
• Experience working with CRM implementations
• Knowledge in relevant domains such as credit, payments, collections, and finance
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Good experience working in Jira and strong administrative skills
• Good collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally
