About the position

As an accounting economist at Fenix, you will be responsible for the finances of housing cooperatives and serve as a close advisor to the board. The role entails overall responsibility where you, through active dialogue and clear follow-up, contribute to long-term stability and well-founded decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Financial advice to boards
• Ongoing accounting and reconciliations
• Year-end closing, annual reports, and tax returns
• Budgeting and financial analysis
• Loan procurement
• Participation in board meetings and general meetings

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in finance
• At least 1-2 years of experience in finance/accounting
• Experience in customer responsibility and advisory roles
• Good knowledge of accounting and year-end closing
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
