About the Position

We are looking for an HR Specialist for a government agency in Stockholm! In this role, you will support managers in HR with a focus on recruitment and participate in the entire recruitment process. You will work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues in areas such as competence supply and contractual and salary issues. The work also includes other HR tasks, such as personnel administration, contract administration, and training.

The position includes the following tasks:

Provide professional support and work operationally in relation to managers in the HR area regarding recruitment
Participate in the entire recruitment process from designing requirement profiles to making decisions on who has been hired
Work both independently and with colleagues in the section on areas such as competence supply, contractual and salary-related issues based on our agreements
Participate in other tasks occurring in the HR section such as contract administration and training
Handle ongoing personnel administration

Assignment Period and Scope:

The HR Specialist position is a full-time consultancy assignment starting immediately as agreed and is expected to last until 2026-09-30. There is a possibility for extension. Partial remote work may be possible after agreement with the organization.

Requirements for the Position:

Higher education, such as a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent education, and at least three years of work experience in similar roles. Alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent education and five years of work experience as an HR generalist or equivalent
Academic degree from the HR program
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.)
Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.)
Good knowledge of laws and regulations in the HR area
Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing
Current experience of working operationally with recruitment and competence-based recruitment
Current experience of providing consultative support to managers in the recruitment process
Current experience of providing consultative support to managers in various HR-related issues
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks in the HR area
Ability to collaborate in a team and build good relationships with colleagues
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Ability to inspire trust and maintain high integrity in your work
Ability to be unpretentious and solution-oriented
Available for interviews during weeks 5 and 6
