DM TAK is a stable, well-established, and professional roofing company that has steadily grown for many years. We work with high-quality roofing and roofing services throughout the Stockholm region. For us, quality, professionalism, and teamwork are important cornerstones. Today, we have 30 employees and collaborate with about 40 subcontractors. Our operations are based in our premises in Länna Industrial Area. We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to help build the future's results-oriented subcontractor team with the right skills and good communication at its core.

Recruiter Subcontractors

You should be able to showcase results from your previous roles and have the ability to get things done – efficiently and with quality.

What does the role entail?

Your main task will be to recruit and quality assure our subcontractors. This is an operational and relationship-driven role where you will take responsibility for several parts of the recruitment process – from the first contact to onboarding.

• Recruit productive and skilled subcontractors for ongoing and upcoming projects

• Ensure that our partners meet our quality standards

• Properly manage contract writing and documentation

• Handle onboarding for subcontractors

You will have a lot of contact both internally and externally, so it is important that you are socially confident, professional, and used to driving set goals forward.

We are looking for someone who is productive, results-oriented, and has a strong drive. You enjoy seeing the results of your work, have energy, and are used to taking responsibility. You are organized, proactive, and enjoy working with people. We consider it essential that you:

• Have a clear focus on achieving set goals

• Can provide examples of results you have achieved previously

• Work in a structured manner and are a good administrator

• Have a genuine interest in recruiting competent subcontractors

• Communicate clearly and professionally in both spoken and written Swedish and preferably English.

• Are self-driven and a team player

• Preferred but not required: Experience in the construction industry. Additional language skills such as Polish, Russian, Serbian, or Spanish.
