The unit's mission includes quality assurance and facilitating all operations within the Community Building Office to focus on their core activities by providing support with common operational-specific administration, business development, follow-up, and continuous improvements, as well as managing and further developing the office's project working methods.

All to successfully develop a sustainable Värmdö.

Your Mission

Be the office's data protection contact, which means continuing to develop the office's work according to the General Data Protection Regulation and managing the office's incident reports and ensuring that actions are taken. The work with information security within the municipality and the office will be developed, and you will be an important player in driving and developing the working methods, leading and supporting the work with the office's information management plans, as well as follow-ups and revisions.

You will handle incoming referrals according to the Public Order Act, e.g., public events, food trucks, and others, manage information handling, and support managers in certain personnel management.

Your role also includes being the office's procurement contact by supporting the operations in the development and follow-up of various procurements and contracts. You will work with searching, reviewing, compiling information, making presentations, and establishing relevant correspondence. You will establish, review, and classify contracts and other legal documents, write simpler investigations and memos, take minutes, and more.

If you have experience working with websites, there is also the opportunity to do so in this position.

The position will continue to evolve over time, and you will be an important part of this development where you will also be able to influence your own workdays. We are now looking for you who want to join our ongoing development journey within the Community Building Office.

Your Experience

• You should have an academic education or a vocational education as a legal assistant/paralegal or another relevant education. Alternatively, you have other documented experience that the employer assesses to be relevant.
• You have good experience working with the General Data Protection Regulation, information security, and information management.
• You have experience in producing various decision-making materials such as incident reports, referral responses, and opinions.
• You will work to coordinate the office's procurements and contracts and their contract follow-up and be the office's procurement contact to the central administration. Some experience regarding legislation in the procurement area such as LOU is strongly meritorious for the role, and we would like you to be accustomed to reading legal texts.
• If you have experience working within a politically governed organization and/or in the community building area, this is meritorious.

To thrive in the position, you have high social competence, a good ability to work both independently and in a team, and you enjoy providing service and being involved in influencing, generating ideas, and monitoring the environment. Furthermore, you have initiative, good prioritization skills, a sense of responsibility and service, great accuracy, and very good knowledge of the Swedish language both spoken and written.
